Derek-ang.com started out as a personal blog of mine in early 2008 which slowly evolved to a webmaster blog with the aim of providing reliable, genuine and quality webmastering related articles.
Why is it called derek ang? It is named after the guy behind this dot com (me). Early when this domain name is first registered, my initial plan for this blog is to blog about my daily life which consociate me with my circle of friends. However, this plan of mine changed over the months as i found out that it is better to create an informative riched blog which everyone is interested in reading than to create a personal blog which probably only my friends will be interested.

Purpose of this blog

I believe in every thing we do, there is a purpose. In this blog, i want to share about articles, tips, advices in topics ranging from starting a blog to monetizing your blog. This blog will serve as a online teaching center for newbies bloggers to learn more about the web. How to start their first blog? Different aspects and factors of blogging and many more.

Something about me

I am a 20 year old student resided in singapore. I have been developing and designing websites since i was 16 years old and are pretty well versed in topics like managing/starting a website. Currently i am still on my journey to learning how to become a successful web entrepreurer.
