People, i am back. I have not been blogging for the past 4 days because i have no access to the internet. Okay, thanks for the comments in the last blog post, i decided to build up the revenue of this blog before selling it, increasing it metrics. It seems that the next google pagerank is just a going to be in 2 month time ( maybe ). I am pretty sure that metrics of this blog will increased as i have been buying “manual submission to directories service” for it. As for traffic, it’s declining by a small percentage past 4 days as i have not been blogging.
Well, i met some interesting guys during the past 4 days and is really inspired by one of them. One of them ( 20 year old) started a well-known company at the age of only 14, has two diplomas, ccna certified (CCNA is certification for networking professionals offered by Cisco Systems) and has been offer a place in an austrailian university in 2010. And the most inspiring thing is that he make thousands per week playing the stock market. He sold his web hosting company last year for a huge amount of money. ( i believed so ). While talking to him, i can see that his attitude towards making money is really difererent from most of the people. I come later to know that the reason why he started his web hosting company is because he has an interest in linux management. He works for passion.
Yeah, it’s not use being envious at people’s achievement, i will be working towards mine too. I am thinking of taking some other certifications as well ( such adobe, cisco i.e ) But, this might be a problem as i am currently serving the nation, i will need to request permission from my superior.

I have been blogging for a couple of months now and actually i am thinking of selling this blog away to gain some extra cash.
There are couple of reasons of why i am having this thought.
1) I am serving the nation and might not have any more time for blogging.
2) To increase the value in my bank. I have been really tight on cash recently.
3) Gain extra funds for my other projects.
What is stopping me on whether to sell or not sell?
1) Domain name consist of my real name.
2) This blog has been generating passive cash monthly for me without any work needed. ($50usd+/month) ( Helps to pay off my monthly server expenses)
3) Has the potential to make more money with efforts. I made around $270+ Usd from reviews on august. But this revenue relies soley on the amount of work put in. The more time i spent on getting reviews, the more i earned, if i did not put in time in writing reviews, that will crippled the review earnings. Currently i am serving the nation and might not have the time to maximise revenue.
4) This blog is doing very well in SERP’s.
Any advices? And if i were to sell it, what is the price that i should be looking for? I am thinking in the range of mid $x,xxx
